An Important update about Wire Transfers

Please consider the following information before submitting a bank wire withdrawal request. As you may know, some changes have been implemented to our wire transfer conditions, which were introduced by our banks. In particular:

1. Direct deposits and withdrawals in USD are not permitted. This is due to some external restrictions which are totally beyond our control.

   Available currencies for wire transfers are EUR, GBP, CAD, and AUD.

   If your account balance is denominated in USD, the balance will be converted into one of the available currencies mentioned above.

2. The fee for wire transfer withdrawals is 0.25% (min fee EUR 150; max EUR 1,000).

We understand that this may increase the total cost of the wire transfer significantly, so we recommend the following alternative options:

1. If you have an account at a bank situated in the EU, please use this account. The wire fee for bank transfers in EUR within the EU is only EUR 10 (a conversion fee may be applied)
2. We can offer you cryptocurrency transfers (not only Bitcoin but also Litecoin, Ethereum, BitCash, Ripple). Please get in touch with us if you need more information about crypto transfer options.
3. Get in touch with our Support Team if you previously deposited USD into your USD trading account. We will try to give a bespoke solution to your query.
