Today, 2nd April, between 11:20 am and 11:50am (server time GMT+3) we experienced a service outage on the MT4 Classic server and Backoffice was also down.
Our team has already restored the servers and services are back to normal. If you are concerned that your trades were affected, we kindly ask you to send us the details about specific trades (state your account number and trade ID) and our Trading Quality Department will review your concern. Please send your dispute to backoffice@myfxchoice.com.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this incident. We could have done a better job keeping the downtime to a minimum, so we’ll review our procedures and see what we can improve. Providing a reliable and trustworthy service is our utmost priority. Thank you for your understanding.
